Belkis Herrera
Belkis Herrera began her career at a Dominican consulting firm led by a trailblazing woman, an experience that shaped her understanding of where her strengths belonged: bridging strategic intent with operational reality.
Recruited by a Canadian multinational, she built deep expertise across extractive operations in multiple geographies before relocating to Canada, where she made a deliberate shift into IT risk, cybersecurity governance, and assurance, thriving in both.
From that combination she founded S&H Management Consultants, bringing operational depth, technical credibility, and the conviction that the best advisory work comes from someone who has lived inside the environments they serve.
Educated at Maastricht School of Management (MSM) in the Netherlands and Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in the Dominican Republic, and certified as a CIA, CISA, and CISSP.
